Our Mission:
To provide compassionate service to those seeking healing and wholeness. To provide a safe space where clients can explore thoughts, feel feelings/ sensations and process/reprocess experiences that have kept you from living life to the fullest.
Genuine healing does exist. It takes courage, commitment and patience. We cannot rush the process, rather honor it.
The Elements are represented in our daily lives. Water is symbolic of the unconscious and emotion. Fire is great for focus and to help balance intense energy as well as heal our inner landscape. Earth is needed for grounding and stability. Air is about intelligence, creativity and movement.
