Hi, I’m Cindy.

I’ve spent more than 30 years walking alongside people through moments of crisis, deep reflection, and personal transformation. My experience spans domestic violence and sexual assault response, crisis assessment, psychiatric care, teaching at the university level, and both group and private practice settings.

Over the years, I’ve learned that healing is not linear — it’s cyclical, like the seasons. We return to lessons again and again, and each time we meet them with more wisdom, more compassion.

I work with adults seeking meaning, connection, and a deeper relationship with themselves, others, and the world around them. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, processing trauma, or simply craving more alignment in your life, I offer a grounded, present space to explore and heal.

I’m certified in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy and bring a holistic, trauma-informed lens to my work. Life is not meant to be walked alone, and I’m honored to be part of the journey.

I completed a 12- month training in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (January 2023- December 2023). I serve on the Licensed Clinical Counselors of North Carolina (LCCNC) Advocacy Committee where I advocate and educate on Psychedelic Assisted Therapies. I am also a part of the NC Psychedelic Policy Coalition.
