Hi, I’m Cindy.
Cindy is passionate about helping people move toward more meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling lives. She works with adults who have experienced trauma, including acute and chronic Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), as well as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and challenging life transitions. Whether clients are navigating past experiences or present-day stressors, Cindy provides a safe, supportive space to process, heal, and grow.
Her approach is compassionate, empathetic, and practical. Cindy believes therapy should not only offer insight, but also provide real tools that help improve day-to-day life and relationships. She meets each person where they are, honoring their unique story while helping them build resilience and reduce emotional suffering.
With over 30 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Cindy brings a depth of knowledge across a wide range of settings, including county mental health, domestic violence and sexual assault services, crisis assessment and stabilization, psychiatric and medical hospitals, and both group and solo private practice. She has also served as an adjunct instructor, reflecting her commitment to learning and sharing knowledge with others.
Outside of her work, Cindy enjoys spending time in nature, connecting with animals, learning about different cultures, and traveling—experiences that continue to shape her perspective and deepen her appreciation for the human experience.
